Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actor born January 31, 1974. She's best known as Bo from the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk was produced by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay who is producer and director of the drama at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. Her father, Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her mom watching at work and attending practice sessions for plays. Silk was featured in a variety of commercials while she was just a child. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two shows in the early days: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999, to keep acting. Then she moved to Los Angeles California during the subsequent decade. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she was introduced to him at an Actors' Workshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. The couple got engaged the year 2009 and wed in a civil ceremony in the month of December in that same year. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton in an Jewish wedding ceremony after Silk changed her religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman gave birth to her first son Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, the 13th of May, 2016. Silk's television work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica and she won an Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. In 2009 Silk was a part of Bo Dennis, the lead Bo Dennis in the series Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant during filming the finale of the third series. Silk announced her pregnancy to the fans in the Showcase Season Three pre-show special of January 6, 2013. Silk, who has been involved in the production of Lost Girl since the season's third finale episode was conceived on January 6, 2013. She announced via Twitter that she would return to the show on the 4th of June 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on the fourth. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the couple with the same name in Lost Girl to be one of their top TV Couples ever. E! Magazine declared them Top TV Couples of 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk is one of the most watched shows on social networks.
